Part 1: Private Beach & Jungle Horseback Tour (2.5 Hours)
Your experience begins with a private horseback riding tour with the Caribe Horse Rescue Project, exploring the beautiful beaches and natural landscapes of the Caribbean coast.
Enjoy a unique opportunity to connect with nature, discover the beauty of this region, and meet our beloved rescue horses, who are at the heart of our rescue and rehabilitation project.
Part 2: Private Cacao Experience at Morena Clara Chocolate Farm
Following your horseback riding adventure, we will provide private transportation to Morena Clara Chocolate Farm, where you will enjoy a private experience of approximately 1.5 hours dedicated to the fascinating world of cacao.
The experience includes:
- A guided walk through the family-owned cacao farm.
- The story of a family tradition dating back to 1828, now continued by the fifth generation.
- An introduction to the cacao-making process, from the tree to the transformation into chocolate.
- The opportunity to participate in different stages of the chocolate-making process.
- Five cacao and chocolate tastings.
- A small cacao souvenir to take home.
Morena Clara offers an authentic and personal experience, allowing you to discover the cultural heritage of cacao and one of the most fascinating traditions of Costa Rica’s Caribbean region.
Private Transportation Included
Private round-trip transportation between our stables and Morena Clara Chocolate Farm is included in the experience.
Customized Schedule
The day will be organized around your experience, allowing us to coordinate both activities comfortably. Our proposed schedule is to begin with the horseback riding tour in the morning, arrive at Morena Clara at approximately 11:00 AM, and then enjoy the cacao experience.
