This exclusive full-day experience begins at our Caribe Horse stables in Playa Cocles, where you’ll meet our extraordinary rescued horses before setting off along the breathtaking Caribbean coastline, riding through pristine beaches and scenic coastal rainforest trails surrounded by tropical nature.

Your horseback riding adventure takes you through some of the South Caribbean’s most beautiful locations, including Playa Cocles, Playa Chiquita and Punta Uva. Upon reaching Punta Uva, you’ll meet your private kayak guide for a fully guided river adventure. Paddle through the peaceful jungle waterways while discovering the incredible biodiversity of Costa Rica, with opportunities to observe sloths, monkeys, toucans, iguanas, colorful tropical birds and many other native species in their natural habitat. Fresh tropical fruit is provided during the kayak experience.

After returning from the kayak tour, you’ll continue your ethical horseback riding adventure along the Caribbean coast. Depending on your riding experience, weather conditions and timing, the journey may continue toward Playa Arrecife, Playa Grande or even Manzanillo before stopping for a delicious local lunch at one of the area’s beachfront restaurants. One main course and one drink are included (excluding lobster and special dishes).
